Three heating panels sit across the back and shoulders. Plug the controller into the included wall plug (or a portable power bank), press the button and pick one of 5 heat levels. You'll feel the warmth in about 60 seconds.
What powers it? Is a plug included?

How soft is it?
Very. It's plush printed fleece with thick sherpa on the hood, front edges, cuffs and pockets.
