We want your Heritage Heat robe to arrive perfect.

30-day easy returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Quality Promise

If the heating stops working under normal use within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we'll replace it.

Shipping Protection

Orders with Shipping Protection that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit are reshipped free or refunded.
